Healing isn't easy. In fact, it's often messy. There's moments when the pain becomes raw or when it feels like there will never be an end. And then one day it hurts a little less. The trauma holds a little less power over your life. It starts to feel like you can breathe again and there's finally space to come back to yourself.

Healing is intentional. It's a choice to show up for yourself consistently and it's a choice many people never make. But you're here, already taking steps towards the life you want. That alone shows resilience. When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk the path of healing with you. I'll be there to listen, to be a witness to your story. We'll sit together when it's heavy and we'll laugh together when it's light and everything in between. Healing is possible and it's my privilege to be a part of your journey.

I love what I do. I knew as early as high school that I wanted to be a therapist, and over the years that dream grew clearer as I found my specialties and learned how to show up for my clients with intention and care. I’m still amazed that I get to do this work every day. It's a privilege to walk alongside people in their healing.

I believe that authenticity and relationship are at the heart of meaningful therapy, so I always show up as myself. Most days you’ll find me settling in with a cup of coffee or tea, a leg tucked under me as I get comfortable and ready to be present with you.​​

When I'm not in therapist mode, here are a few things that make me me:

I share my life (and most of my couch) with a giant dog.

I’m a firm believer that most things are better with coffee.

I can spend hours happily thrifting and love giving old things new life.

Few things make me happier than hosting dinner parties and filling my table with friends and laughter.

My plant collection is always growing. Some are thriving, others are hanging on for dear life.

My favorite way to unwind is reality TV. No shame, just some good drama.
