Sessions are approximately 55 minutes. Most people begin with weekly sessions and then adjust as needed. Sometimes people ask to adjust frequency based on life circumstances, financial constraints, or just because they don't need sessions as often. Ultimately it's up to you and your needs.

It really depends on your needs. Some people come for short-term support, while others prefer longer-term work. We’ll check in together about your goals and how things are feeling, and you can set the pace. My focus is making sure the process feels safe, steady, and right for you.

I work with adults and adolescents. Typically my clients are 13 and older. If your child is younger and you think I still might be a good fit, don't hesitate to reach out to talk further.

Absolutely. I’m fully affirming of queer, trans, nonbinary, poly, ENM, and kink communities. I take a trauma-informed approach, which means you never have to educate me, defend your relationship choices, or worry about being judged. We move at your pace, and I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.
